The average time frame for the construction of a Villa is six months, starting from the date of signing the contract and a deposit is received.

• What is the buying & payment procedure for the purchase of a Villa ?

• Can I define or influence the Design of my Villa ?

Yes. Your Villa can be designed and constructed according to your requirements and wishes. You will be in the position to discuss any of your requiremens and wishes with our architect, to ensure that these can be realized, and, also important, against what costs.

• Can I rent out my Villa ?

Yes, however in such a case you'll need to apply for an official permit from the Government of Indonesia and at the same time you will be subject to pay income tax.
